For male and female players born in 2012 and 2013

For male and female players born in 2010 and 2011

For competitive and experienced players. The program consists of 10 one hour training sessions. Number of trainings may change if friendly games are scheduled in their place. Friendly games will be scheduled if possible depending on player and team availability. The program runs from June  25th (Assessment Night) to August 17th. . Only players born between 2010 to 2015 are eligible for this program. 

Teams will practice on Wednesdays, Fridays, and/or Sundays. Trainings will be held at Sherwood Park  in Durham, NC. (*Other venues  may be added)

• June Dates: 29
• July Dates: 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30
• August Dates: 3, 6, 15, 17

Wednesday/Friday trainings

•  2014/2015's- 6pm to 7pm
• 2012/2013's - 6pm to 7pm or 7pm to 8pm
• 2010/2011's - 7pm to 8pm

Sunday trainings

•  2014/2015's- 6pm to 7pm
• 2012/2013's - 6pm to 7pm or 7pm to 8pm
• 2010/2011's - 7pm to 8pm

(Trainings may be replaced by games and vise versa)

Teams will play friendly games dependent on player and team availability. Games will take place between 11am and 8pm. 

• Sunday Game Days:  TBD

For players who are not selected for our competitive teams. The program consists of 6 training sessions with our competitive teams on Wednesdays/Fridays and the option of 6 additional trainings within our free academies on Sundays. The program runs from June 25th (Assessment Night) to August 17th.

Players will practice on Wednesdays. Trainings will be held at Sherwood Park in Durham, NC. (*Other venues may be added)

• July Dates: 9, 16, 23, 30, 
• August Dates: 6, 15

Wednesday/Friday trainings will be at 6pm or 7pm. Optional Sunday trainings will be at 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm according to academy age group. Sunday dates can be found under the Elementary Academy and Middle School Academy tab on our home page (Training Schedule may be affected by competitive teams league schedule)
